How to Create a Responsive HTML5 Signup Page

Today at work I was fiddling with a signup page for an upcoming service launch and, like many other online offerings, we decided to generate some initial buzz and start building the email database as we prep for the coming launch. It’s a standard tactic. The challenge here was to ensure that the signup page was able to accommodate users on a variety of devices. Of course, this was a perfect opportunity to go with a responsive design. Following that task, I used that learning to whip up a quick template that you can use for your own signup page.
